2 Cups of water
1 medium sized onion (chopped)
1 medium sized tomato (chopped)
1 big green chilli (chopped)
1 small carrot (grated)
grated ginger (small piece)
4-5 cashews
10 – 15 peanuts
curry leaves
Dry spices for Tadka
Salt to taste
Some coriander for garnishing.
